Calendar and email connections

Google requires one-time authorisation. Confirm the configured calendar ID before authorising. New bookings stay paused until enabled here.

Regular availability

Open or close a date

Overrides regular hours. Closing or marking a date fully booked preserves existing appointments. Use Fully booked for dates whose capacity is already committed, including offline bookings. A scheduled release still respects the advance-booking window and minimum notice.

Local schedule

These counts show the local booking schedule. The storefront also checks Google Calendar busy times.

Appointments

Contact the customer before cancelling. Cancellation reopens the slot if its schedule allows it. Google Calendar cancellation and email notifications are queued automatically. Review the delivery status below.
